REConnections Education Center is a private K–12 school serving neurodivergent children through a therapeutic and relationship-based approach. We integrate speech and occupational therapy into each child’s day and maintain a 1:3 or 1:4 teacher-to-student ratio. Each classroom is supported by a lead teacher and Floortime Players (teaching assistants) to ensure individualized care and connection.

What We Look For

Skills & Qualifications

All employees must have a clean Level 2 background check. We also prefer candidates with relevant experience in pediatrics.

Teachers: Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in the field

Floortime Players (Teaching Assistants) & Therapy Aides: High school diploma

Speech & Occupational Therapists / SLPAs: Required licensure

Compensation

  • Teachers: starting at $20+/hour

  • Floortime Players: starting at $16+/hour

  • Therapy Aides: starting at $17+/hour

  • Therapists (OT, ST, SLPA): starting at $25+/hour

We also provide employees with an IRA with a 3% employer match.

All positions are on-site at our Odessa, FL location.
